South Beach cookies are not allowed in any form for the first two weeks. If you think you can’t do this, just take it day by day. If you can go until bedtime without having sweets, you’ve done well. Just keep taking it step by step and you will get through it.

Most people who are obese today are that way because of bad carbs. They can’t stop eating desserts, breads, pasta, crackers, chips, and drinking soda. These fit with the diet plan in that they have little to no sugar and not too much fat.
