Alabama (14-1) vs. Duke (8-5) 

-Alabama won 14 games in 2018 against 13 FBS opponents (Louisville, Arkansas State, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, La-Lafayette, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, LSU, Miss. State, Auburn, Georgia and Oklahoma) who had a combined overall record of 95-73 or .565%. 

-Alabama also defeat FCS opponent Citadel by a score of 50-17. 

-Alabama won those 13 FBS games by a total score of 618-210 or 31.3 ppg. 

-Alabama  only loss came to Clemson by a score of 44-16 in the title game. 

-Since 2001, Alabama has won 17 straight week one games by an average margin of victory of 25.5 ppg. The last loss came in 2001 against UCLA in Tuscaloosa. 

-Since 2007, Nick Saban is 8-2 against the ACC and has won those 8 games by a total score of 309-124 or 23.1 ppg. Last season, the Crimson Tide defeated Louisville 51-14 and lost to Clemson 44-16. 

 

 

-Duke won 8 games in 2018 against 7 FBS opponents (Army, Northwestern, Baylor, Georgia Tech, Miami, North Carolina and Temple) who had a combined overall record of 51-39 or .566%. 

-The Blue Devils won those 7 games by a total score of 241-136 or 15.0 ppg. 

-Duke lost 5 games in 2018 against FBS opponents (Virginia Tech, Virginia, Clemson, Pittsburgh and Wake Forest) who had a combined overall record of 43-25 or .632%.
