My Interview With Former Nebraska Running Back DeAngelo Evans


DeAngelo Evans was a standout running back for the Nebraska Cornhuskers in 1996, 1998, and 1999. In his career, Evans rushed for 1,068 yards in his career for 5.2 yards per carry and 18 touchdowns. In the first Big 12 Championship game in 1996, Evans was the game's MVP rushing for 130 yards on 32 carries and 3 touchdowns. He also caught 6 passes for 42 yards. Evans had great speed and could take it to the "house" any time he touched the football.
