Fresno State (12-2) vs. USC (5-7) 

-Fresno State won 12 games in 2018 against 11 FBS opponents (UCLA, Toledo, Nevada, Wyoming, New Mexico, Hawaii, UNLV, San Diego State, San Jose State, Boise State and Arizona State) who had a combined overall record of 64-75 or .460%. 

-The Bulldogs won those eleven games by a total score of 375-140 or 21.3 ppg. 

-Fresno State also defeated FCS opponent Idaho by a score of 79-13. 

-Fresno State lost 2 games in 2018 to FBS opponents (Minnesota & Boise State) who had a combined overall record of 17-9 or .653%.

-The Bulldogs lost those two games by a total score of 45-31 or 7.0 ppg. 

 

-USC won 5 games in 2018 against FBS opponents who had combined overall record of 27-34 or .442%. 

-The Trojans won those five games by a total score of 175-118 or 11.4 ppg. 

-USC lost 7 games in 2018 against FBS opponents (Stanford, Texas, Utah, Arizona State, CAL, UCLA and Notre Dame)  who had a combined overall record of 57-35 or .619%. 

-The Trojans lost those seven games by a total score of 206-138 or 9.7 ppg. 

-Five of the team’s seven losses came in the PAC-12 by total score of 145-107 or 7.6 ppg.
